Finest Future Vietnam is looking for a highly capable and detail-oriented Legal Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong legal academic background, proven internship or work experience with reputable law firms, and excellent proficiency in English. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our legal operations, ensuring the smooth handling and compliance of contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Draft and revise contracts and basic administrative legal documents.
  

• Customize existing legal templates for specific business needs and partnerships.
  

• Archive and organize contracts, agreements, dossiers, and legal documentation systematically.
  

• Collaborate effectively with external legal counsel and internal stakeholders.
  

• Conduct legal research using online law databases and legal libraries.
  

• Support in the submission of documents to public agencies/government authorities.
  

• Create and manage monthly commission spreadsheets in coordination with finance and HR teams.
  

• Maintain accuracy and compliance in all legal paperwork and filing systems.

• Ensure confidentiality and protection of sensitive legal information.

✅ Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university with Distinction or equivalent honors.
  

• Language Proficiency:
  

  • IELTS overall score ≥ 7.5
    

  • Minimum 8.0 in Reading and Writing
    (or equivalent TOEFL/PTE/Cambridge scores)
    

• Experience:
  

• At least 6 months of internship or employment experience at a reputable law firm.
  

• Skills:
  

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
    

  • Able to conduct independent legal research online.
    

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
    

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and discreet with handling legal materials.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive documentation and deadlines responsibly.
