Role Overview

We are looking for a meticulous, strategic, and forward-thinking Business Information Analytic Specialist to join our growing organization. This individual will be instrumental in designing and managing the company’s data architecture, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and accessibility to drive key business decisions. The ideal candidate is experienced with business information systems, understands data governance principles, and can collaborate with technical and non-technical teams alike to implement scalable data solutions.

This role combines data operations, platform management (Salesforce, Tazapay), governance, and analytics, and is ideal for someone with a strong grasp of both business processes and data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Platform and System Management

• Manage, maintain, and optimize the Salesforce CRM, including data models, workflows, automations, reports, dashboards, and user roles.
  
  

• Oversee the Tazapay platform to ensure seamless digital transaction processing, alignment with financial workflows, and accurate recordkeeping.
  
  

• Ensure smooth integration between business systems (CRM, finance, operations, and support platforms) and oversee upgrades, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
  
  

🔹 Data Infrastructure & Pipeline Management

• Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes that support reliable, scalable, and efficient data flow across platforms.
  
  

• Oversee the company's data infrastructure including database systems, data lakes/warehouses, and other cloud-based storage or processing tools.
  
  

• Monitor and optimize performance of data systems to ensure high availability, security, and reliability.
  
  

🔹 Data Governance & Security

• Develop and enforce data governance frameworks and policies to ensure responsible and ethical data usage.
  
  

• Implement access controls and data security protocols to safeguard sensitive and confidential information in compliance with GDPR and internal policies.
  
  

• Maintain documentation for data standards, processes, and access management.
  
  

🔹 Data Management & Quality Assurance

• Lead efforts to collect, clean, validate, and manage data from multiple internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and usability.
  
  

• Proactively monitor and audit data quality to identify anomalies, address inconsistencies, and implement preventive strategies.
  
  

• Establish and maintain master data management practices across departments.
  
  

🔹 Analytics, Reporting & Strategic Decision Support

• Collaborate with business teams to define KPIs and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and visualizations.
  
  

• Support decision-makers with strategic analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning based on business needs.
  
  

• Translate business questions into technical data requirements and provide reporting solutions that align with strategic objectives.
  
  

🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration & Support

• Act as a bridge between IT, Finance, Sales, and Operations to identify data needs and deliver practical, value-driven data solutions.
  
  

• Conduct training sessions, create user guides, and provide day-to-day support on data tools and platforms to internal stakeholders.
  
  

• Participate in cross-functional projects and lead data-related initiatives that align with organizational goals.
  
  

🔹 Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement

• Identify bottlenecks in data workflows, resolve system or user-level data issues, and recommend enhancements.
  
  

Continuously assess and improve data operations processes to increase efficiency, transparency, and automation.

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Business Information Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
  
  

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in data operations, business analytics, or platform management roles in fast-paced or multicultural organizations.
  
  

• Proven expertise in Salesforce administration (or similar CRMs), including automation, custom objects, dashboards, and API integrations.
  
  

• Experience with digital payment platforms such as Tazapay or equivalent financial systems is a strong plus.
  
  

• Strong command of SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
  
  

• Familiarity with data governance frameworks, compliance standards (GDPR), and data privacy best practices.
  
  

• Demonstrated ability to work on end-to-end data projects—designing pipelines, analyzing data, and delivering solutions.
  
  

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• Highly independent, structured, and able to thrive in remote-friendly, fast-changing environments.
